"Modalità di esercizio del diritto di prelazione
Prima che un Azionista ("Azionista Trasferente") trasferisca o disponga in altro modo di proprie azioni, egli dovrà notificare al depositario che egli propone di vendere e/o di trasferire un determinato numero di azioni a un determinato prezzo e a determinate condizioni, da elencarsi nella ***notifica di trasferimento***".
