Si segnala inoltre che AA è stato intestatario di un ***deposito fiduciario*** die Euro xxx più interessi per conto di BB, il quale, in data xxx, ha dato mandato allo stesso AA di chiudere detto deposito, aperto sul conto corrente numero yyyy presso la banca zzz intestato a CC.

Ich komme mit dem Satz nicht zurecht. Nehme an, dass ein deposito fiduciario eine Treuhandeinlage (?) ist. Unabhängig davon ist mir aber auch nicht klar, wieso der Inhaber des "deposito fiduciario" AA ist, der Kontoinhaber dagegen CC. Kann ich denn auf meinem Konto eine bestimmte Summe von einer anderen Person verwalten lassen? Denn geschlossen werden soll ja nicht das Konto, sondern das deposito.
Oder verstehe ich hier etwas grundlegend falsch?
Bin für jeden Vorschlag dankbar und wünsche schon mal frohe Ostern!
