Ich habe im wohl Prinzip verstanden, um was es geht,
bin mir aber unsicher, wie man es korrekt ausdrücken kann
Grundsätzlich geht es darum,
dass eine Fusion zwischen drei Gesellschaften stattfand,
die Bilanzen der beiden übernommenen Gesellschaften fließen in der Jahresbilanz der Übernahmegesellschaft allerdings schon ab Jahresanfang ein, obwohl die Übernahme erst später im Jahr erfolgte.
Ein Vergleich der Jahresbilanz zum Vorjahr ist damit schwierig.
Um dennoch einen Vergleich machen zu können wurde eine Vergleichsschema erstellt
und die Bilanzen der drei Gesellschaften dazu entsprechend angepasst.
Fraglicher Satz ist ein Punkt, worin die Anpassungen bestehen.
(daher auch kein vollständiger Satz, sondern folgt eben nach ":")
