Ich habe noch nicht so recht herausgefunden, wie "consolidato nazionale / mondiale" auf Deutsch heißt, es scheint mir aber eine sehr spezifische Sache und wesentlicher Punkt der Steuerreform zu sein. Ich habe nachfolgend zwei Links angegeben, die Dir vielleicht weiterhelfen. Folgende Erklärung (deutsch und italienisch) habe ich in dem ersten Link gefunden, der von der italienischen Handelskammer stammt: Le società di capitali avranno la facoltà di scegliere il consolidato fiscale “domestico” (quindi nazionale) o “mondiale”. L’opzione è vincolante per tre periodi d’imposta. Deutsch: Besteuerung auf Konzernebene Kapitalgesellschaften haben in Zukunft in Italien die Möglichkeit die Gesellschaftsteuer auf Gruppenebene abzuführen, wobei dieses Wahl für 3 Jahre verpflichtend ist. Diese Wahl ist auch möglich, wenn nicht alle Gesellschaften einer Unternehmensgruppe in Italien ansässig sind.
