Si conferma in generale l'ampia dispersione dei campioni nei diversi *spazi bidimensionali* analizzati vista nella degustazione precedente, il che dimostra una effetiva diversità dei campioni tra di loro.

Also, "zweidimensionale Räume"? Vermutlich gibts da einen Fachbegriff (es werden jeweils zwei Getränke verglichen).

Ich schätze, das ist gemeint: "Concepiamo l'esperienza di degustazione come un viaggio che spazi orizzontalmente sul territorio fra i vari produttori; verticalmente fra le varie annate di una o, in parallelo, più cantine. .... la classica concezione bidimensionale della degustazione..."
Ich kann mir jedenfalls nichts anderes vorstellen....
