concetto di alimento, di principio alimentare e di principio nutritivo;
"principio nutritivo" ist vermutlich der "Nährstoff", aber was ist dann "principio alimentare"? Später kommt noch einmal "principi alimentari" und daraufhin eine Aufzählung von Eiweiß, Fett, Kohlenhydraten, Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen. Hat jemand eine Idee? |
