meine Idee dazu:
mit *unico contesto* ist ein *atto unico* gemeint, also ein notarieller Vertrag, in dem verschiedene Sachverhalte gleichzeitig geregelt werden. (Das verringert immer die Kosten enorm und ist daher die Vertragsform der Wahl, so das Recht es zulässt.)

"Pertanto, sebbene non sia strettamente necessaria la compresenza della banca originaria, della banca subentrante e del cliente, appare opportuno e funzionale al buon esito dell’operazione assicurare tale compresenza e, quindi, stipulare *in un unico contesto* i tre atti dell’operazione di portabilità facendo ricorso ad un *atto unico*."
