Es geht um die Kapitalerhoehung einer dt. Vertriebsgesellschaft (beherrscht von einer ital. AG)

meine Frage: kann ich "quota di propria pertinenza" hier mit "Stammeinlage"/Kapitalanteil uebersetzen??
Der Kontext:
(− che in data xxx xx GmbH ha deliberato un aumento del proprio capitale sociale fino ad euro xx; )
-che in tale sede xxxxxx ha sottoscritto l’intera quota di propria pertinenza pari ad euro xxx di cui euro 40.000,00 ancora da versare;

- dass xxxxx den eigenen Kapitalanteil auf xxx EUR festgelegt hat, von denen 40.000 EUR noch einzubringen sind.
