Se il fabbricato è di categoria catastale diversa dalla categoria A, la sua consistenza in vani è determinata dal rapporto tra la superficie complessiva e la misura convenzionale di un vano abitativo che si assume pari a metri quadri 18.

=> Gehört das Gebäude einer anderen als der Katasterkategorie A an, so wird dessen Bestand an Räumlichkeiten aus dem Verhältnis zwischen seiner Gesamtfläche und dem Konventionalausmaß eines Wohnraumes mit der angenommenen Fläche von 18 Quadratmetern errechnet.
