Italian term or phrase: previa comunicazione a terzi

Es geht um einen Vertragstext, konkret um die Normierung eines Abtretungsverbots. Mit folgendem Satz habe ich ein Problem:
"E' fatta salva la facoltà di xx di cedere o trasferire il presente Ordine nell’ambito del gruppo yy PREVIA COMUNICAZIONE A TERZI previa l'approvazione della Società"

Was könnte hier mit previa comunicazione a terzi gemeint sein? Nach Benachrichtigung Dritter? Das macht bei einer Abtretung wenig Sinn (zumal die Societa ja ohnehin einwilligen muss).

Könnte es sein, dass das "a terzi" an einer falschen Stelle steht und sich auf "cedere" bezieht?
