Avrei un dubbio sulla traduzione in tedesco della parte "salvo più grave illecito".
Alla mia mente affiorano costruzioni con "vorbehalten", "Vorbehalt", "es sei denn", ma non vorrei fosse una traduzione troppo letterale: immagino esista in tedesco una frase standard / ricorrente, come nel caso dell'italiano.

Avreste qualche suggerimento?
