Todesfaelle werden bei Nachlass- sagen wir mal- "Verhandlungen"- da der Kontext wirklich zu wenig ist - in bestimmte "Register oder Buecher" eingetragen.
Kann auch "verzeichnet" sein- und nur nach dieser Eintragung haben die Erben eine juristischen Ausgangspunkt, um dieses Erbe anzutreten -

normalerweise muss die Eintragung- anhand der beim Tod ausgestellten Zertifikate beantragt werden- und wird dann in die relevanten Akten oder "Buecher" uebertragen |
