Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | Italian term or phrase: compravendere con l'avviamento | In einem Vertrag heißt es wie folgt:
"Nel contratto veniva espressamente precisato che "il ramo di azienda viene "compravenduto con l'avviamento", le merci in giacenza e i beni aziendali nello stato di fatto e manutenzione in cui attualmente si trovano, di cui all'inventario".
Mit avviamento ist hier wohl der Firmenwert gemeint, doch wie formulieren ich den eingesternten Passus bzw. wie genau ist hier der Zusammenhang zwischen Verkauf und Firmenwert ?
