"Per quanto eventualmente dovuto le parti approvano espressamente e specificatamente, anche ai sensi degli artt. 1341 e 1342 c.c., i patti di cui alle clausole: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 -10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 – 20 e 21 (wobei es sich um sämtliche Klauseln des Vertrags handelt)".
