allora, vi spiego meglio: si tratta di un accordo di programma. 3 parti sono enti pubblici, l'altra parte è un'impresa. Non riesco a trovare nessuna parola tedesca che rende...non posso dire "Beitretend", né "unterstützend" né "MItglied"....

Qualcuno ha un'idea? Grazie mille!

non capisco bene il contesto, ma magari ti da' un'idea come tradurre

con l’adesione di XYZ s.r.l. = mit dem Beitritt der XYZ s.r.l.
Adesione all’Accordo = Einwilligung zum Abkommen
la richiesta di adesione alla proposta di cui alle precedenti lettere = der Antrag auf Einwilligung des Vorschlags gemäß den zuvor genannten Abschnitten
a cura e spese del soggetto aderente = im Namen und auf Kosten der beteiligten Partei
