-sottoscrizione di apposite convenzioni da parte delle Amministrazioni competenti e dell'azienda che regolamentano gli interventi di mitigazione, di qualificazione paesistica e ambientale a compensazione (XYZ e Comune) nonché gli interventi di attuazione del Piano dei Servizi del PGT (Comune) da eseguirsi ad esclusivo carico dell'azienda, le aree interessate e l'importo definitivo delle opere, con adeguate garanzie;

Cosa vuol dire qui compensazione? Vuol solo dire che sono a pagamento? Che Comune e azienda devono sostenere i costi? O significa che Comune e azienda devono pagare qualcosa a chissà chi perché hanno distrutto un pezzo di natura? una specie die "Umweltabgabe"???
