Cioè, devono pagare tot ed è da veder come una specie di "Umweltabgabe"???
Come si dice per bene in tedesco? Qualcosa tipo ...und gleicht den Verlust an Natürlichkeit aus, ;-) no, non si può... und entschädigt den Verlust an Naturflächen?
