Liefervertrag, Punkt Penalità:

In caso di ritardo nel rispetto dei termini previsti dal presente contratto, ove non sia diversamente disposto, sarà applicata una penalità pari al 2% del valore dei materiali interessati al ritardo (qualora sia accettata la consegna parziale), **per ogni periodo di ritardo pari ad un decimo del tempo previsto per l'esecuzione, considerando ultimato il periodo iniziato**.

Es geht um den Satzteil zwischen den Sternchen.
Ich verstehe die Sache mit dem "decimo" nicht so ganz und habe leider keine Ahnung, worauf sich "periodo iniziato" bezieht.

oder: wobei jede angefangene... als ganze gerechnet wird. (also: jeder Verzögerungszeiraum, der gleich einem Zehntel...ist, kostet Strafe. Und schlimmer noch: jeder angefanene zeitraum wird als ganzer berechnet. Wie die Handwerker!

Asker: Danke! Ich verstehe allerdings den Sinn dahinter nicht bzw. ist mir nicht ganz klar, wie ich den fraglichen Satzteil mit dem Satzanfang in Verbindung bringen soll.

Asker: Speziell der Sinn von "considerando ultimato il periodo iniziato" erschließt sich mir irgendwie nicht.
