Italian term or phrase: In regime di partecipazione

Devo tradurre "in regime di partecipazione" in tedesco. L'espressione compare nella frase seguente:
Il signor xxx cittadino italiano, domiciliato a xxx, coniugato con xxx cittadina svizzera, domiciliata a xxx , in regime di partecipazione agli acquisti....
La frase fa parte di in un contratto per la cessione di un immobile.

So di che cosa si tratta ma non mi viene in mente l'equivalente in tedesco.
Qualcuno può darmi un suggerimento?
