Wie übersetze ich "Parte promittente l'acquisto". Es steht im folgenden Satzteil: "che sarà trasferito nello stato di fatto in cui si trova, noto alla parte promittente l'acquisto". Ich verstehe den Ausdruck, kann dass aber nicht ins Deutsche übertragen.
Weiss jemand Bescheid?
