Erst habe ich auch an "bewilligen" oder Ähnliches gedacht. Doch ich glaube, da die ganze Prozedur offenbar damit abgeschlossen ist, soll es bedeuten: Die Adoption ist rechtlich vollzogen. So verstehe ich auch den Text aus dem Link.
"Art. 25. - 1. Il tribunale per i minorenni che ha dichiarato lo stato di adottabilita', decorso un anno dall'affidamento, sentiti i coniugi adottanti, il minore che abbia compiuto gli anni dodici e il minore di eta' inferiore, in considerazione della sua capacita' di discernimento, il pubblico ministero, il tutore e coloro che abbiano svolto attivita' di vigilanza o di sostegno, verifica che ricorrano tutte le condizioni previste dal presente capo e, senza altra formalita' di procedura, provvede sull'adozione con sentenza in camera di consiglio, decidendo di * fare luogo o di non fare luogo* all'adozione."

| Grading comment Hallo an alle, lieben Dank für die Hilfe. Habe mich für Saskias Lösung entschieden, das sie m. E. dem Text am nächsten kommt. Ich hatte auch erst an bewilligen und stattgeben etc. gedacht, aber was mich irritiert hat, war das fare luogo, das eigentlich nicht für stattgeben gebraucht wird. das Vollziehen scheint mir sehr logisch, zumal im Kontext dann keine Weiteren Passagen zum Vollzug folgen (was ja m. E. beim Stattgeben noch passieren müßte) Liebe Grüße an alle und einen sonnigen Tag
