Explanation:
wenn man bereits weiss, dass eine Unterschrift falsch/gefälscht ist, muss sie ja nicht mehr überprüft werden... es handelt sich vielmehr um eine dem Empfänger der Rechnung unbekannte Unterschrift, die nicht zugeordnet werden kann, oder um eine Unterschrift, die nicht mit der hinterlegten übereinstimmt
