A richiesta degli Aw.ti xy io sottoscritto Aiutante Ufficiale Giudiziario ho oggi notificato il suesteso ricorso ex artt. 669 bis c.p.c. e segg. e ex art. 700 c.p.c. con pedissequo provvedimento del Tribunale di Milano, Dr.ssa xy, in data 24.05.2011, alla società xy recandomi presso la sua sede ed ivi fatta ricerca del detto legale rappresentante pro tempore, mediante consegna e rilascio di copia autentica del sopraddetto ricorso ex artt. 669 bis c.p.c. e segg. e ex art. 700 c.p.c. con pedissequo provvedimento del Tribunale di Milano, Dr.ssa xy, in data 24.05.2011, conformi all'originale a mie mani, a mani di:
Hier ist mir nicht ganz klar, wie mediante consegna e rilascio di copia autentica zu verstehen ist: der Hauptsatz lautet ja so:
...ho notificato il suesteso ricorso ... mediante consegna e rilascio...a mani di.
Wurde jetzt eine Kopie zugestellt bzw. was ist dann mit rilascio gemeint ?
Ich sehe hier vor lauter Bäumen den Wald nicht mehr.
