In einem Zustellungsbericht heißt es wie folgt:

A richiesta degli Aw.ti xy io sottoscritto Aiutante Ufficiale Giudiziario ho oggi notificato il suesteso ricorso ex artt. 669 bis c.p.c. e segg. e ex art. 700 c.p.c. con pedissequo provvedimento del Tribunale di Milano, **Dr.ssa xy**, in data 24.05.2011, alla società xy recandomi presso la sua sede ed ivi fatta ricerca del detto legale rappresentante pro tempore, mediante consegna e rilascio di copia autentica del sopraddetto ricorso ex artt. 669 bis c.p.c. e segg. e ex art. 700 c.p.c. con pedissequo provvedimento del Tribunale di Milano, **Dr.ssa xy**, in data 24.05.2011, conformi all'originale a mie mani, a mani di:

Hier ist mir Folgendes nicht ganz klar: der eingesternte Passus besteht lediglich aus einem Einschub mit Namen - ist hier ein Bezug zu erkennen ? bzw. wie bringe ich die Drssa im Deutschen in einem Satz unter, ohne sie nur wie im Italienischen einzuschieben ?
