Italian to German translations [PRO]
Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright / Recht - Zivilrecht - Erbrecht | | Italian term or phrase: Jus poenitendi | in meinem (ansonsten) italienischen Text geht es darum, ob eine Vereinbarung die geschlossen wurde, als eine erbrechtliche Vereinbarung anzusehen ist oder nicht.
In der Begründung heißt es dann
con tale contratto il de cuius aveva provveduto in merito alla propria successione anche se si era riservato il diritto di vendere alcuni beni (ma la previsione del vincolo aveva comunque limitato lo jus poenitendi del de cuius).
eigentlich lasse ich Latein immer stehen, aber ich bekomme meinen Satz leider nicht geregelt, wenn ich nicht genau verstehe, was das Jus poenitendi ist (bzw eine deutsche Erklärung oder Entsprechung wäre sehr hilfreich für mich)
Ich habe die Frage zur Sicherheit auch schon in Latein eingestellt.
