Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright / Recht - Zivilrecht - Erbrecht | | Italian term or phrase: attrae (tutti i rapporti relativi) | Es geht darum, welches Recht auf einen Erbfall anzuwenden ist (in Abhängigkeit dessen, welches Recht für den Erblasser gilt)
In der Begründung heißt es dann Il tutto in senso contrario alla disciplina della successione che attrae tutti i rapporti relativi secondo la legge operante per il de cuius.
Mir fällt keine griffige Lösung für attrae ein (Sinn wäre, es zieht an sich)
Eine Rohversion wäre:
All dies steht im Widerspruch zur Regelung der Erbfolge, die alle diesbezüglichen Beziehungen gemäß des für den Erblasser gültigen Rechtes *an sich zieht*.
