La morte, quindi *non si pone* come presupposto essenziale dell'effetto ma come indice rilevatore riguardo ai motivi dell'attribuzione nonchè a modalità e momento in cui gli effetti dell'atto si completeranno...
Wie würdet ihr *non si pone* übersetzen? Ich tendiere fast dazu, dies mit "ist" zu übersetzen, bin mir aber unschlüssig.
