A seguito degli stralci effettuati (al fine di esercitare l’azione penale nei confronti degli altri soggetti di cui al p.p. 000/2003) il nominato in oggetto risulta iscritto al p.p. 000/2006.

Weiß jemand, was genau hier mit stralci gemeint ist? Könnte es sich um eine Verfahrensabtrennung handeln?? (Gehe mal davon aus, dass p.p. für procedimento penale steht.)

Ich würde es - falls der Kontext das hergibt - eher als Auszug aus dem Strafregister übersetzen oder auch ganz weglassen, dann würde stralcio hier statt des üblichen estratto (del casellario penale) stehen. Also etwa:
"Aus der Einsichtnahme in das Strafregister ergibt sich, dass der ... eingetragen ist" oder: dass zu ..... eine Eintragung vorliegt
