in der Hauptsache Explanation: Wir übersetzen das immer mit "in der Hauptsache". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 Tag16 Stunden (2009-02-13 11:03:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sachurteil und Hauptsachurteil sagen das gleiche aus (es geht nicht um die Zulässigkeit, sondern um die Begründetheit), aber "in der Hauptsache" ist ein Ausruck der auch in deutschen Gerichtsurteilen verwendet wird, deshalb finde ich diese Übersetzung persönlich besser. |
