Die "azione di accertamento della nullità" ist eine Nichtigkeitsfeststellungsklage. Außerdem gibt es noch die positive und die negative Feststellungsklage. Mit der positiven Feststellungsklage wird die Feststellung des Bestehens eines Rechtsverhältnisses begehrt. Könnte das hier gemeint sein - also eine "azione (di accertamento) positiva"?
