Con tempestivo ricorso alla Camera di diritto tributario, XXXX contesta nuovamente la ripresa dell'accantonamento per ristrutturazione. Secondo la ricorrente, l'autoritä di tassazione e vincolata alle risultanze del bilancio commerciale, mentre “una chiusura contabile secondo gli Standard IFRS o altro Standard riconosciuto non puö essere base di tassazione per la determinazione dell’utile imponibile". Nella fattispecie, la ricorrente avrebbe deciso nell'autunno del 2008 di ridurre il personale della YYYYY e alla fine di gennaio 2009 sarebbero stati informati i dipendenti interessati. Ne consegue, secondo l’insorgente, che “il giorno della chiusura del bilancio era quindi noto che bisognava dismettere posti di lavoro presso la YYY, visto che la decisione era stata presa in autunno”.

Der Projektkoordinator teilte dem Geschäftsstellenleiter der Beschwerdeführerin tags darauf mit, eine nachträgliche Zulassung zum Ausschreibungsverfahren müsse abgelehnt werden, und er wies darauf hin, dass ein formelles Ausschlussverfahren einzuleiten wäre, falls der Antrag aufrechterhalten würde.
