SEmpre lo stesso contratto di prima.:
in data le parti hanno firmato il Contrato..., registrato a ...,il 12.10.95.Atti privati, numero di registrazione...., serie 2 V( esatte LIT...) in base al quale il suddetto contratto veniva stipulato.
Atti privati si puo' rendere con "Privaturkundenstelle" . Da come ho capito deve essere un ufficio apposto per appunto gli atti privati., ma serie 2V che cavolo e'?

atto privato = Privaturkunde (Strambaci)
"2V" braucht m.E. nicht übersetzt zu werden, da es sich nur um eine Registriernummer handelt. Da "V" dürfte keine besondere Bedeutung haben. Wenn der Satz mit dem Rest des Textes zu unübersichtlich wird, dann musst du ihn "umbauen".
