Secondo voi, come si chiamano? In un primo momento ho pensato che "anagrafe" qui fosse un sinonimo di banca dati, ma visto che poi usano anche database, mi e' venuto un dubbio...

Asker: Ciao Gisella, intanto grazie! Quindi sarebbe Kundenstamm, secondo te? ma in che senso "qualificato e non"? Forse non ho capito bene...

Explanation:
... weil Gisella eigentlich schon die richtige Antwort gegeben hat. Mir fällt dazu jedoch ein, dass es im Marketing sog. "Qualifizierte Adressen" zu kaufen gibt (z. B. von Schober). Das sind Adressen mit Angabe von Ansprechpartnern, u. ä. (siehe nachstehender Textauszug). Ich könnte mir denken, dass dies hier gemeint ist.
