Aus der Schulung für den Kundendienst. Würde "gratificante" an anderer Stelle nicht neben "soddisfacente" aufgezählt werden, hätte ich "befriedigend" gewählt.

Rendere la relazione telefonica per il cliente una
esperienza emotivamente significativa, **gratificante** e risolutiva coerente con i “Valori” del Servizio, l’ “Immagine”, la “Passione”, lo Stile del Brand.

Explanation:
ich würde "gratificante" nnicht mit "befriedigend" übersetzen, denn das ist zu wenig und leicht negativ (gerade eben ein wenig mehr als ausreichend). "soddisfacente" ist für meine Begriffe "befriedigend".
