Italian to German translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering | | Italian term or phrase: sfrido continuo | Bin etwas unsicher. Für "sfrido" finde ich beim Blechstanzen den Begriff "Stanzbutzen". Allerdings geht es hier um das Spalten/Schneiden von Stahlbändern.
Il tranciasfridi è costituito da una coppia di rotori per singolo lato, dotati di una propria motorizzazione.
Ciascun rotore porta una serie di lame con movimento epicicloidale, il cui numero varia in base agli spessori da tagliare.
Al passaggio dello sfrido continuo fra i rotori, una lama superiore incrocia la corrispondente inferiore durante la rotazione, separando lo sfrido continuo in uno spezzone, tagliato a una velocità di sincronismo fra lame e sfrido.

Beim Zerteilen eines breiten Bandes in mehrere schmale Bänder auf einer Spaltanlage kann es sein, dass ein schamles Band als Rest überbleibt (2000 mm Ausgangsbreite - zerteilen in Bänder von 600 mm Breite, da bleiben 200 mm als Rest) . dieses Muss irendwie entsorgt werden. In diesem Falle wird es zerhackt. Man könnte es auch separat aufwickeln und entsorgen, ist aber komplizierter. Restband ist wahrscheinlich nicht der genaue deutsche Begriff (wenig Ergebnisse bei Google) ist aber verständlich |
