come si dice in tedesco? io arrivo a: "indem man die tiefere Kortikale erreicht" ma non mi sembra proprio la traduzione ideale... |

Ich habe gesehen, dass es auch auf Deutsch den Ausdruck "bikortikal" gibt im Zusammenhang mit Zahnimplantaten - mono-und bikortikale Implantate, Schrauben, Verankerung, Abstützung usw.
Ich kenne nicht den ersten Teil deines Satzes, aber mir scheint, mit "bicorticalismo profondo" könnte der Vorgang der Verankerung des Implantats gemeint sein. Es finden sich einige Beispiele für "bikortikale Verankerung".
