Wurzelkanalbehandlung unter Verwendung von Endocalex (sich ausdehnendes Kalziumoxyd). Unter Betonung der Tatsache, dass eines der grundlegenden Probleme der Behandlung des Endodont die Sterilisierung der Wurzelkanäle und Zahnröhrchen ist, schätzen wir die chemischen und biologischen Prinzipien, die hinter der Kalziumoxydtechnik (CaO) stehen. Diese Technik macht es möglich, auch das unzugänglichste nekrotische Material zu sterilisieren und es als Ergebnis der „Im-Zahn-Ausdehnung“ des sterilisierenden und füllenden CaO mit biokompatiblem Material zu ersetzen.
