"L'esame non dimostra immagini di lesioni focali del paranchima encefalico sopra o sottotentoriale. "

Mir stellt sich auch die Frage, ob ich "fokale Läsionen" lassen kann und ob sopra o sottotentoriale wirklich "infra- und supratenotorial" heißt...also im Ganzen: "... zeigt keine fokalen Läsionen des infra- oder supratentoriellen Hirngewebes".
