dimettiamo in data odierna la Sig.ra xxx, ricoverata in gastroenterologia dal giorno 15.03.2010, trasferita presso il nostro Istituto il giorno 23.03.2010, con diagnosi di ittero ostruttivo da voluminosa neoplasia della testa del pancreas o.l.o, condizionante stenosi del coledoco ed idrope della colecisti, infiltrante la vena porta, la vena cava inferiore e il tripode celiaco.

Per che cosa sta l'abbreviazione "o.l.o."?
