Explanation:
Nach einer ambulanten Untersuchung oder Behandlung in der Notaufnahme wird bestimmt nicht zum "Sterben" nach Hause entlassen. Der Befund wird aber oft nicht gleich ausgestellt, sondern erst hinterher zugeschickt.

Es handelt sich also meiner Meinung nach nur um das betreffende Schriftstück mit der Diagnose, die selbst weiter oben auf dem Formular stehen müsste.
