E' ovvio che la indicata lesività, al di là di quella tipica della precipitazione (dissezione dell'intima della aorta addominale), lascia intendere che sia realizzata almeno da media/grande altezza e che nel corso del Grande Traumatismo il corpo précipitante abbia urtato contro sporgenze arboree e rocciose proprio alia luce di complessi escoriati multipli ed a diverse direzione a carico del mantello cutaneo.

nachdem sowohl ein Schädeltrauma als auch gravierende innere Verletzungen vorlagen, könnte man vielleicht auch auf HAUPTTRAUMA schließen....oder des ALLGEMEINEN EREIGNISSES ???

Diese Wendung findet sich auch in der medizinischen Fachliteratur und kann ebenfalls sowohl im Sinne von "hauptsächliche Verletzung" (Gegenstück zu kleineren Traumata) als auch als "hauptsächliches Verletzungsgeschehen" gedeutet werden... |
