Pinerolo e Chisone Explanation: Ciao Italia, Pinerolo è una località (in provincia di Torino se non sbaglio) e il Chisone penso sia un fiume, visto che una valle prende il suo nome o è lui a darne il nome. Non credo si traduca Chisone, per lo meno io non lo tradurrei: sono in genere solo alcuni fiumi e valli (i più conosciuti, importanti, a cavallo tra due Stati, dove si parlano più lingue) a venir tradotti. Pinerolo-Formation Explanation: ciao, italia - ich möchte meine Vorrednerin (wie man so schön sagt)ein wenig ergänzen. Erinnerst Du dich an das stratigrafische Schema auf dem file? OK - hier sind wir mittendrin. Das erdzeitalter wird unterteilt in perioden und dann in Epochen, die alle ihren eigenen Namen haben. Dieser kann herrühren von Orten, wo das diesem Zeitraum zugehörige Gestein erstmals untersucht wurde: Devonshire -> Devon; Karnien -> Karn usw. Die Gesteinskomplexe, die sich durch die versch. Epochen ziehen, werden in FORMATIONEN zusammengefaßt (die gesamtheit der gesteine, die sich in einem Ablagerungsraum gebildet hat)und normalerweise benannt nach dem Ort des Vorkommens und der für die charakteristischen Gesteinsart.
