GOTTARDO
Il gustosissimo latte della regione si trasforma, dopo attenta lavorazione, in delicato Gottardo.
Si tratta di un formaggio a pasta semi dura dal colore giallo fiore e dal profumo di montagna. Il sapore da delicato a forte viene conferito in base alla stagionatura che varia da 60 a 90 giorni. L’***occhiellatura*** non è tanto marcata.
