MORTADELLA OSSOLANA

Uno dei prodotti dalla storia antica del territorio. Esistono dei locali di trasformazione della mortadella che hanno permessi risalenti all’inizio del secolo scorso. Per anni riconosciuto come unico ***presidio Slow food*** ossolano, la Mortadella è preparata con la parte anteriore del suino. Un impasto di carni grasse e magre alle quali viene aggiunta una piccola percentuale di fegato che le dà un gusto unico ed inconfondibile. Non solo Sali e aromi naturali, per la sua preparazione viene anche utilizzato un infuso a base di vino e spezie che ne arricchisce il gusto.

Ma secondo voi cosa intendono in questo caso?

früher hat Slow Food Presidio mit "Förderkreis" übersetzt, heute lassen sie den Ausdruck im Italienischen, klingt wohl "trendiger" ;-)

Der Ausdruck "Presidio" (früher tatsächlich "Förderkreis") ist die "offizielle" Übersetzung von Slow Food
