Si deve escludere la possibilità di configurare quale "stabile organizzazione" un commissionario che goda di uno stato indipendente, che agisca nell'ambito della propria attività e che sopporta in via del tutto autonoma i rischi di impresa.
SVOLGIMENTO DEL PROCESSO
In data 7/12/2005 la Guardia di Finanza della Liguria concludeva una verifica fiscale relativamente
all'esercizio 2000, nei confronti della società (...) con la redazione e consegna di un processo verbale di constatazione.
....
In den EU-Dokumenten wird "Commissione tributaria regionale" weder übersetzt noch erklärt, ich denke aber, dass ich zumindest eine Erklärung in Klammern dazuschreiben sollte...?!?!
