Alla cartella non corrisponde attualmente alcun debito concreto, poiché tale titolo è stato istituito quale garanzia del saldo di CHF xxx'xxx.-, **dovuto dai venditori sul prezzo di vendita dell'immobile e dei posteggi**.

Der letzte Satzteil bereitet mir Probleme, da ich mir nicht sicher bin, auf was sich "dovuto dai venditori" bezieht (auf "titolo" oder auf "saldo"???).

Außerdem frage ich mich, ob evtl. ein Schreibfehler vorliegt und es eigentlich "(saldo) dovuti AI venditori" lauten sollte.

Dem Schuldtitel entspricht gegenwärtig keine konkrete Verbindlichkeit, das dieser Titel geschaffen wurde als Sicherheit für den den Verkäufern noch geschuldeten Restbetrag von ...CHF vom Verkaufspreis der Immobilie und der Stellplätze.
(Ich glaube auch, daß es AI heißen muß,)
