Es könnte sein, dass hier das Gemeinschaftseigentum bzw. die gemeinschaftlichen Einrichtungen gemeint sind. Habe bei google.it unter "sugli enti comuni" bzw. "sugli spazi e sugli enti comuni" mehrere Textstellen gefunden, aus denen dieser Sinn hervorgeht.
