Explanation:
Die Anzahl der im Grundbuchauszug angeführten Räume muß nicht unbedingt der tatsächlichen entsprechen. Ich würde deshalb präzisieren, dass es sich um "Katasterräume" handelt, wie sie in Südtirol genannt werden. Da es in D nichts Ähnliches gibt, müssen wir uns wohl daran halten...
