I beni sono venduti nello stato di fatto e di diritto in cui si trovano, con *ogni annessa ragione, azione e pertinenza*, con i diritti reali limitati e gravata dai seguenti pegni immobiliari:
Eigentlich interessiert mich nicht das Wort "azione", sondern die Wortkombination "ragione, azione e pertinenza" (im Recht kommt es ja nicht auf das einzelne Wort, sondern auf die Wortkombination an). Meine entsprechende Frage bei proz wurde leider von einer Kollegin, die dies nicht so sieht, entfernt. |
