Italian to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Real Estate | | Italian term or phrase: diritto di superficie | | Das wird häufig mit Erbbaurecht übersetzt. In meinem Fall wird es im Zusammenhang mit Photovoltaikanlagen verwendet und irgendwie habe ich Zweifel, ob man das hier auch mit Erbbaurecht übersetzen kann, da der historische/rechtliche Hintergrund für Erbbaurechte ein völlig anderer ist (vor allem was die Vererbarkeit betrifft). Mir wäre irgendwie wohler, das mit "Recht zur Errichtung eines Bauwerks auf fremden Grund" zu übersetzen. Was meint ihr dazu? |
